Pat Trammell, Jr. is the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of Omega Capital Enterprises, LLC, a Birmingham, Alabama based investment company specializing in corporate asset allocation, institutional and private equity investment placement and ultra-affluent family and estate planning. Over the past twenty-five years, Mr. Trammell has been involved in the allocation, management and deployment of over $3 billion in corporate funds for institutions such as Regions Bank, Alabama Power Company and HealthSouth Corporation. Mr. Trammell has also directed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions and other investments in his specific fields of expertise of healthcare, financial institutions and utilities around the country. He has also been retained by some of the more affluent families and family offices around the country for guidance in investment placement, investment allocation and estate planning. He was recently featured on the cover of Private Wealth Magazine in April of this year.
Mr. Taylor joined Omega in 2011 as an advisor on various corporate-related issues and financing options. He works closely with corporate counsel on alternative financing structures and various aspects of organizational issues. Mr. Taylor also has internal corporate responsibility for documentation related to Omega’s fundraising, regulatory compliance and marketing efforts. Mr. Taylor joined Omega on a full time basis in 2012 and is responsible for developing new corporate funding relationships and identifying strategic operational efficiencies. He is also responsible for interacting with corporate personnel and outside advisors to maintain streamlined operations and ensure execution of strategic business initiatives. Mr. Taylor works daily with construction partners, senior living operational partners, financial relationships and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Swinney is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Omega Communities. She will oversee the operations of the senior communities while integrating the church and its ministry programs. Ms. Swinney has more than 20 years of experience actively serving the elderly, beginning at an early age by volunteering through various programs. Her commitment and passion for the senior population led her to join the management team at River Chase Village in Birmingham in 2007, which was recently acquired by Omega and now known as River Highlands. Ms. Swinney has many years of progressive management experience with a rich mix of leadership. She served as the Executive Director at Hearthstone Senior Living in Birmingham, AL while serving on the support team in various states including Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Texas. Ms. Swinney served as the ED at Elmcroft of Grayson Valley in Birmingham, while simultaneously becoming Interim ED for Elmcroft of Heritage Woods in Mobile. Prior to joining the Omega team, Ms. Swinney served as Director of Operations of APD. She attended Brigham Young University and later graduated Magna Cum Laude from American Intercontinental University with a BA in Business Administration in Health Care. She holds a Category II Assisted Living/Memory Care License in the state of Alabama. Ms. Swinney actively participates in the Alzheimer’s Association, serves on the Senior Gala Board, and is a member of the Assisted Living Association of Alabama.
Dr. Victor Nee joined the Omega team in 2012 as a consultant on various opportunities discovered by Omega and as an advisor on EB-5 fundraising in China and other eastern countries. Dr. Nee joined the board of Omega in May of 2012 and continues to provide day-to-day guidance on various operational, financing and development opportunities. Dr. Nee previously served on the board of directors of Capital Senior Living Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange company as well as many other companies in the US and China including Biomasters, MagneGas, PetroSun, Shannxi Foreign Economic University, Beijing Orient Electronics and the Holley Group.
David Falk is one of the most recognized figures in sports marketing and agency in the country. He is the original and current agent for Michael Jordan. Mr. Falk has led a successful career in the sports marketing business beginning his career with ProServ and later forming FAME, a sports agent management company headquartered in Washington, D.C., which he owns and still operates today. Besides Michael Jordan, Mr. Falk has represented more than 100 other NBA players, and is generally considered the most influential agent of all time in the sport. On April 23, 2008, Syracuse University established the David B. Falk Center for Sports Management. Mr. Falk is also on the board of directors of Sapphire Brands, a founding investor in private jet charter company Marquis Jets and Golf GCX Partners. Mr. Falk is a founder and principal in Relevad Media Group, a digital alternative advertising company. He is a frequent lecturer at Universities across the country and published his first book, “The Bald Truth” in February 2009.
